Il mwbasuḥūr (mwbqin arabo سُحُورٌ‎mwbg?) o mwbwsaḥūr (mwcain arabo سَحُورٌ‎mwcq?)cite-ref-1[1] è, assieme all'mwdgifṭār, uno dei due pasti consumati dai mwdwmusulmani durante il mese di mweadigiuno del mweqRamadan. Diversamente dall'ifṭār, che è serale e più nutriente, il suḥūr è un pasto leggero, consumato prima dell'mwegalba e della recita del mwewmwfaṣalāt al-fajr; le pietanze mangiate nel corso di un suḥūr dipendono di paese in paese.cite-ref-2[2]cite-ref-3[3]

Il suḥūr è considerato dagli islamici una benedizione, in quanto consente ai credenti di affrontare con più facilità il digiuno.cite-ref-4[4]
